Charter

Recruitment:

1. All prospect members are to apply for Evincio membership by clicking the link on the home page: Evincio.org. Exceptions may be given out with the guild masters discretion.

General rules:

1. When you join Evincio you are joining more than just an online guild–you are joining a family. A lot of trust has been built between the core members of this online guild. If you would like to earn this trust that has already been established, you will need to work for it and prove yourself. Do not expect to join and have everything handed to you freely. Evincio gives 100% in return of what you put into it.

2. While you are under the Evincio tag, it is more than just your reputation on the line. Do not do anything, either on forums, general chat, say chat, trade chat, etc. which would make Evincio look bad. Bantering Alliance on the forums is allowed as long as it is in good fun and does not make the guild look bad.

3. Problems with guild members should be taken up with the offender first. If a solution has not been reached, alert an officer or the guild master of the problem so that they will find a solution as soon as possible. A public display of disrespect in anyway will not be tolerated.

4. Registration of the forums is mandatory; however, use of them is highly recommended. Evincio uses the Ventrilo software and it is expected that it is installed and properly configured.

5. While we would hate to see you go, leaving the guild is up to the sole discretion of the player. However, it is not only appreciated but expected that an advanced notice should be given proclaiming your intent to depart. This will help us know where we need to improve our retention, but also remain friends with the departing. /Gquits with no prior notifications will not be readmitted under any circumstances.

Raiding and Loot:

1. Loot will be distributed on a need vs. greed roll. Only one EPIC will be awarded per raid unless all others pass on the said item. This applies to 10 man instances only. 25 man raids use the Karma system and will be explained at your first 25 man attendance.

2. Loot will also be distributed based on activity. Inactivity for over 2 weeks without prior notice will forfeit your rights to loot unless all other members have passed. Active players are considered to log in at least 3 nights a week and participating in the game including but not limited to BGs, instancing, and raids.

3. Guild / Raid Leaders may pull rank on loot (Main Tanks). These actions will be done only with the vision of helping guild progression.
